中兴在告知函中表示，步步高所生产和销售的智能手机（包括型号为 vivo-Xplay 等）中部分功能系抄袭模仿其专利技术；但中兴并未详细说明步步高是哪些功能侵犯了自己的专利。
截止至发稿时，步步高尚未就此事作出回应。
