我问王总：“你累吗？”王总操着他那口京片子给我讲：“有一回媳妇儿说一个星期没见过我，但知道我每天都回家了，我就问啥情况，媳妇儿回答说那段时间每天我回去的时候她已经睡了，她醒来的时候我已经走了，但洗衣机里头的衣服却换了。那是，昨晚回家时候被大雨浇了个透心凉，能不换衣服么？”
"那你图什么？”王总弹了弹烟灰又吸了一大口：“这是个能让兄弟们齐心协力做些事的地方。齐心协力，一起冲锋陷阵，一起苦中作乐。有时候深夜回家，冷凄凄的，觉得自己走的很晚了吧，回头一看，老板办公室还亮着灯呢，策划、设计、攻城狮们那儿还都灯火通明。早上来一看，得，老板的车已经停在楼边了。”
和王总聊完，已经是晚上快11点，王总所在的办公区仍然灯火通明，我穿好大衣准备走，旁边部门竟然有小哥拨弄吉他，弹起一段民谣。
我回头看王总，王总笑了，带着他的乐观和幽默：“你看，加班也要加的高大上。要是赶上熬个通宵，能让我心情舒畅的，就是窗外的日出了。要是不刷夜，我还真起不来去感受呢。”
【有心创业无力回天】
在三个月前，IT人程磊的第一次创业因为投资人的一场意外而夭折。那位著名的天使投资人承诺了一笔200万的投资，然而就在距离到账差三天时，他突然被带走调查了。
程磊听到这个消息时傻眼了。
梦醒
“第五天，我又梦见老头了。他出来了，我们的项目可以继续了”。在投资人事发初期，程磊经常在半夜这样更新朋友圈，他所称的老头，就是那个著名的投资人。
等待、等待、等待。。。。近一个月，程磊只能每天关注着官媒的各种报道，他推掉了很多朋友聚会，怕被问起投资人和项目。
时间一天天过去，程磊的创业梦开始慢慢清醒。两个月后，他怀着五味杂全的心情去了一家大公司上班。
辗转
在一个班里，一定有一个美女，一个胖子，一个爱打小报告的，一个消息灵通的，也一定有一个做IT互联网的，我就是那一个。程磊这样形容自己跨入这个行业的理由，充满了宿命感。大学时出于对计算机的兴趣，程磊开始接触一些计算机语言，一时兴起想学JAVA，买了一本速成书，号称21天学会，“结果我210天都没学会。”程磊这样自嘲。
2006年，还在念大学的程磊开始迷恋上了中关村，经常带着同学去买各种数码电子产品，这个地方对他而言有一种魔力，以至于他毕业时梦想的地方就是去中关村e世界大楼管理处。他去应聘时，对方问他想要多少钱（薪水），程磊说3000，对方说小伙子你太狂妄了，一盆冷水下来，事儿就黄了。
随后程磊辗转进了两家垂直网站，天天与主板、内存等硬件打交道，对硬件痴迷的他很快进入了状态，每天看各种枯燥的主板评测，乐在其中。当时他每个月的工资只有1200。
不过程磊渐渐感觉到，PC已经是一个没落的产业，而他所处的正是一个没落产业中的没落公司，没过多久，他跳到了新东方，在SNS部门负责论坛，“当时我特别激动，我觉得SNS肯定有戏。”程磊说，“结果一年后我把论坛做起来了，SNS倒了。”
入戏
辗转直下程磊进了一家大型门户网站，这是他踏入互联网圈的一个开端，在刚进去的时候他甚至不知道李彦宏是谁。有一次被外派出去采访原亚马逊中国区负责人王汉华，他做的很详尽的笔记，准备第二天好好整理写一个好文章，但是第二天早上主编大发雷霆，他才知道原来这个稿子要当天即时写出来。
程磊在这家网站负责微博的运营，很快这个官方帐号的粉丝从几千涨到了十几万，不过一条微博再一次改变了他的命运。一次有一家国际电子巨头在发布会上标错了中国地图，把台湾划了出去，敏感的程磊迅速发了微博，短时间内这条微博被转发数千次。
很快这家公司找上门来，并以取消巨额广告投放订单威胁程磊删除该微博，“删微博可以，除非我走人。”最终该微博迫于无奈还是被删除，程磊也在犹豫了三天后决定离开。
当时对已经积累了一定业界关系的程磊来说，找个工作并不是什么难事，很快他到了一家互联网营销机构负责一块媒体业务的运营，聪明勤奋的程磊把这块业务做的风生水起。也颇受该公司投资人的赏识。
眷顾
两年后，程磊决定出来做一些自己的事情，该投资人对他表示支持，在连产品原型图都没有的情况下就答应了帮他搞定天使投资。
程磊开始招兵买马，一边不断完善产品原型，公司场地也到位了，在四环边上的一个小区，年租金十几万，“我的公司一定拒绝加班文化，一定要有好玩的东西，要有个拳击袋让员工发泄……”程磊想着自己公司的种种细节。
天灾
人算不如天算，就在首轮投资到账前三天，投资人突发意外情况被带走调查，投资也变成遥遥无期，一边员工和场地已经就位，弹药上膛就等开枪，另一边粮草断了，这无疑给了程磊一记响亮的耳光。“就好像你有三滴血，本来可以挨三枪才死，结果一个雷下来你直接挂了。”程磊说。
最后项目还是被放弃，团队解散，程磊也回到了一个大型互联网公司继续做螺丝钉。
回归
从第一个公司至今，程磊的薪水每年都会翻番，这个速度已经让他在北京衣食无忧。不过经过这一次波折后他发现这几年的奔波让他忘记了自己的生活。“我努力的往这个圈子的中心跑，结果越跑发现越追不到中心，而离圈子外的世界却越来越远。”程磊说。
程磊说：“我折腾了四五年，最遗憾的是特么的没有去好好赚钱养家糊口，我现在至少需要有一年时间休养生息，安下心来，结个婚，买个房子，以前只想着工作想着自己的事儿，没有回归正常的生活。我在还拿着1200块钱薪水的时候跟我女朋友说我的薪水以后每年都会翻番，我做到了，但是现在，我需要给她一个交代。”
程磊并不后悔进入了这个行业，但是如果还有一次选择的机会，他说他想去做编剧，其实那跟互联网是互通的，都是通过一个内在逻辑把没有规律的东西变得有规律。
无数个程磊这样的人串联起了一个互联网世界，相比起马化腾、李彦宏、雷军，其实这些小人物才是互联网历史的真正推动者，而在他们身上，也折射出了中国互联网的变迁，或许有一天，他们中的一些人会再一次引领互联网的改变，这个快速变化的行业，终究是属于爱折腾的人。
【中年男人之迷窘】
“每天早上一睁开眼，我就欠银行400块。”这个6、7年前就已经流行的段子，平静地从齐林口中冒出。
刚过33岁生日的齐林，即将迈入中年的行列；这个非常普通的互联网老兵，生活如今变得窘迫无比；原因无他：下半年刚在顺义买了套两居室、老婆三个月前刚刚怀了孕。
迷
齐林今年突然的买房举措，让很多认识他的人大吃一惊。
作为一个坚定的房地产泡沫论者，齐林一直认为房地产存在着巨大的泡沫，而为这个大泡沫买单的代价，就是生活质量降至最低。
“实在是没办法了。”齐林的神色中带着强烈不满，“原本以为新政府上台，会想办法挤掉房地产的泡沫、让房价降下来；结果这是痴心妄想，国五条出来后房价顿时涨了三成。”
发现“再不买就更买不起房”的齐林，只能席卷了两边老人的全部家当，再从银行贷巨款买了套二手房。
“不过还好，我买了才几个月，这房子又涨了20万。”齐林自我安慰着，长叹一口气，“只能希望过几年泡沫破灭时，我能卖掉这房。”
窘
买房之后的齐林，生活变得窘迫。
“每个月1万2的房贷，我的收入全搭进去都还不够，老婆的收入更低。”谈到未来的生活，齐林显得有些沮丧，“而且明年宝宝就要出生，到时花钱的地方更多。”
而被卷走了全部家当的两边老人，生活质量也开始下降，因为要帮忙攒钱。更令人担忧的是老爸的身体：退休后的那点医保费，完全无法支撑医院开的各种自费进口药。
这并非只是个例。几年前还属于新兴领域的互联网行业，现在就已经开始以“IT民工”自嘲。
怒
“你以为我不想用公积金贷款啊！”在被问及为何不通过公积金贷款时，齐林有些生气，“第一，公积金最多只能贷80万；第二，也是最重要的，我是4月19号从上一家单位离职，按理那家公司应该给我缴4月的公积金吧，可那该死的居然不给我缴、居然让我断了一个月；没连续缴纳12个月，就没法从公积金贷款了，利息多了几十万。”
“征信的事情，也很恼火。”齐林在2005年办了张中国银行的信用卡，由于额度较小，在2009年之后，齐林就没有再使用，“2010年就产生了年费，导致银行贷款时征信出现问题。虽然最后年费的问题解决了，银行也开具了非恶意欠款的证明，但贷款被拖欠了一个多月。”
难
刚知道老婆怀孕时，齐林说自己只是淡淡地在电话里“哦”了一声；但据同事回忆，那天他“脸上一直挂着傻笑”、逢人便说“我老婆怀孕了”。
喜事固然让人开心，但建档的事情也让齐林见识了北京的“大不易。”
“我们刚知道就准备去建档了，也就一个多月。”齐林愤愤地说，“可医院那却显示预产期在明年7月之前的都不能建档了，知道这意味着什么吗？”
“这意味着，你怀孕一个月就得去建档了，这个时间意味着你真正怀孕也就两周。”齐林说，“我知道，他们是觉得我媳妇岁数大了、不愿意接。无论你的业务多牛X，你也搞不定这些政府部门和医院的人。”
走着看
回想起刚毕业时的意气风发，齐林觉得自己老了，“看看身边的同学、同行，都已经结婚、买房，大部分也都生了娃，似乎没有以前能拼了。”但，在每天欠银行400块的压力下，齐林认为自己需要更努力地去工作。
“为了我们家的宝宝，我要努力工作、拼命赚钱。”齐林发誓一般地自语着。
【从海归白富美到创业女屌丝】
“很多人说创业很辛苦,在我看来创业非常有乐趣。”叶雯佳这样形容她现在的状态。
创业劳苦命
现在她的身份是某社交移动APP联合创始人，每天在中关村立方庭大厦出没，这栋大厦设计之初是准备作为酒店，后来改成了写字楼，所以到达每一层都需要刷唯一对应的工卡，5层的工卡甚至到不了6层，这种封闭的设计与互联网的开放精神显得有些格格不入，而雯佳每天在这里一呆就是十几个小时。
为了上班方便，雯佳搬到了立方庭大厦附近，步行几分钟就可以到公司，这已经是很多IT民工们的理想状态，网易、腾讯、百度、新浪等都集中在中关村和五道口周围，这些公司的很多员工只能选择房租相对“适中”的天通苑，每天挤着可怕的13号线上班。
曾经白富美
不过这对雯佳来说并不是大问题，就在几个月前她还在华尔街的一家对冲基金工作，过着百万年薪的白富美生活。
那时候她的工作就是研究包括TMT在内的各种行业，分析各个公司的投资价值和发展趋势，接触的都是大公司的CEO，那段经历让雯佳积累了很强的分析能力，一方面把握着行业趋势，一方面把控着资本市场。
认真了就做
我说你的合伙人是怎么把你忽悠回来的？雯佳说：“你也觉得我被忽悠啦！”这个问题已经不知道被问了多少次，很多人不理解，为什么她放弃白富美的生活回到村里挤创业这班不太靠谱的列车。
而雯佳的理由很简单：创业是更有意义，更具挑战的事情。这个理由似乎并没有什么说服力，不过对她来说这并不重要。说起现在的创业项目，雯佳就兴奋起来，这是一个基于二度人脉的社交应用，引入了阅后即焚的元素，近日谷歌和Facebook分别给了Snapchat 40亿和30亿美金的报价，让雯佳更加坚信自己做的事情有价值。
北京的雾霾让雯佳很不适应，每当雾霾加重时她就会咳嗽，她自嘲说，我现在不用看PM 2.5的报告，只要我咳嗽，肯定就是重了。我说你也知道国内的生活和创业环境，回国之前你内心斗争过吗？她说：“没有我是AB型射手座,就是认准一件事了,想做就做的那种。”
我说你心里不会有落差吗？她说：“哎呀，就是几年不赚钱嘛。经历更有意义。”
如果没有应酬或者因公外出，她会在公司呆到晚上11点，公司是单休，周六也要上班。我说那你的生活呢？她笑笑说还有周日啊，真有事情也可以早走。
雯佳还没有结婚，家里也不催，用她的话说，催也没用，谁要创业的女孩啊？说完哈哈哈笑了起来。
在雯佳身上看不到太多怨念，她坚信这个项目能做好，坚信能够组建起优秀的团队并把他们带到硅谷，坚信国内的创业和投资环境正在慢慢变好，坚信有一天可以让世界看到中国的创新。
她头脑清晰思维敏捷，创业路上的艰难险阻，别人眼中的巨大落差，她都看得到，但是这些又都不在她的眼里。
“很多人说创业很辛苦，在我看来创业非常有乐趣,，尤其是团队一起解决一个个大大小小的问题，每天都充满热情的往前推进的那种状态，非常的享受。”她说。
【从跳槽到被跳槽】
这是一次气氛略微显得有一些诡秘的采访，在北京一个雾霾严重的夜晚，笔者被约到一个坐落在国贸附近的一家小咖啡馆。咖啡里的灯光昏暗，被口罩遮盖着的小X根本看不到任何表情。
“不要在采访中透露任何关于我的姓名、公司名称甚至任何地址，不然采访就立刻结束。”刚刚落座，小X就硬邦邦的对笔者表示。其实除了前后跳槽的两家公司的名称外，笔者不知道关于小X的一切，就连见面的地点都通过了几次传递。
在中间人的口中，小X在今年业内某次大型收购中扮演了一个让人觉得尴尬的角色。在圈内小X几乎被当做一个笑话的佐料来进行传递，这也让小X无法卸下自己的心防。
在小X断断续续的描述以及中间人随后多次对笔者的描述中，关于小X的整个故事梗概慢慢完整。
跳槽
小X毕业于北京某知名大学，在实习期间就到了国内某家互联网巨头企业的子公司A实习，随后就留在了这家公司，拿着让那些去小公司或者创业公司同学们羡慕的高薪。但小X很快发现，虽然薪水很高，但这只是得益于主业务的高收益，小X负责的部门在公司的体系中并不重要。
而且这家巨头公司内部文化非常封闭，无论是职位的晋升还是在个人的成长上，小X觉得都没有空间，这让小X产生了跳槽的冲动。
在一个朋友的推荐下，小X跳到了行业内另一家规模较小但业务比原来的公司A更专业的公司B，待遇虽然略低于原来的大公司，但小X逐渐开始接触行业内更核心的技术，能力出众的小X也随之得到了几次提升的机会，逐渐在行业内开始扮演更重要的角色。
此时A公司的老板看到了小X在B公司的进步和能力的展示，于是双倍的工资、同等级别的职务、更大的发展平台，这些诱惑又摆在了小X的面前。没有顶住诱惑的小X重新回到了大公司A。
被跳槽
但正当他踌躇满志打算再做一番事业的时候，一个晴天霹雳随之而来。公司A和公司B背后的公司经过一系列眼花缭乱的操作后，两家同行业的公司最终走到了一起，而新公司的主体则为公司B。
合并是突然发生的，在此之前，除了极少数的高层外，公司的员工均不知情，而小X自然也在不知情的名单之中。
合并消息传出后，小X有着各种选择，要么转移到B公司面对前领导，但从事的也算是原来的工作，要么申请到A公司的其他部门，这样也许不尴尬，但还得面对其他部门的双向选择，要么直接拿补偿离职。
B公司的老领导以职业性的微笑迎接了小X，在一片春风的合并大背景下，团队融合看似顺顺利利。虽然心里打着小鼓，但小X继续自己专业技能的积累和职业道路的成长。
【当文青遇上乡愁】
“没有有限的青春，只有甘愿妥协的人生。”
这是曼子微博上的一句话。曼子，26岁，北京一著名互联网公司女程序员，入行4年。
和很多人印象中鼻子上架着厚酒瓶盖、终日与一台电脑为伴的宅男宅女程序员不同，曼子是个典型的文艺范儿程序员，她喜欢历史和摄影，热衷于参加豆瓣上各种品葡萄酒、品鉴古典家具或者参观北京最老四合院的活动。
南下
去年，曼子辞职回到家乡，长江边一所二线城市。她说她受够了北京的雾霾和永远拥挤的地铁1号线，以及三年来没有家没有安全感的生活，老家的父母也不放心曼子一个人漂在千里之外。“每当夜幕降临的时候，我就特别想回家，那个家，不是我在北京租下的一张床，是真正意义上的家。准备要走的时候，她写下了文章开头的那句话。
”把青春都献给了身后的那座城“，曼子打包了6个大箱子的行李，咬着牙南下回家。
刚回到南方的第一个月，她天天和过去的朋友闺蜜吃饭约会唱K喝酒，日子过的很开心。很快，她需要面对重新找工作的现实。在老家，互联网公司少之又少，她那点工作经验，几乎派不上用场，转行，又意味着一切重新开始。在各种面试中周旋了三个月，曼子终于在当地一家小型互联网公司找到一份工作，薪水是在北京时的三分之一。但老家生活成本不高，日子倒也还算过得去。
但没过多久，曼子就迅速厌烦了小城市的生活。”这是温水煮青蛙，我忽然贱贱的怀念我在东三环彻夜加班的日子。“她对身边的程序员，过着浑浑噩噩的日子而嗤之以鼻，公司里等级分明的汇报制度也让她反感。“在北京工作的时候，虽然累，但是思维是自由的，有什么想法都可以直接跟老板拍桌子，谁也不会在意。完成一项工作，会觉得有成就感，精神上富足。”她开始想念在北京奋斗的日子，已经只有北京才有的葡萄酒沙龙和摄影展。
对文艺青年曼子来说，精神上的不满足，可能真的是致命伤。这种负面的情绪在越堆越高，半年后，曼子又做了一个艰难的决定：重返北京。
重返
在家人朋友的费解中，曼子带着她6大箱的行李再次回到了北京，继续在互联网公司写代码。在簋街喝酒，去798看各种艺术展，堵在永远拥挤的东三环，和出租车司机侃大山……
我问曼子，你现在对北京市什么感觉。曼子拿出她的文艺腔，“有时候北京像一条船，你总感觉要在她撞到冰山之前逃离；有时候北京像一个避风港，你不敢亲近故乡的岛屿，只好漂泊在外；精神与物质总是难以平衡，只有与世隔绝才能坚持，坚持自我比什么都难....”
赞
