中国互联网协会政策与资源委员会专家成员、北京市盛峰律师事务所主任律师于国富称：“优酷网歧视性对待猎豹浏览器，破坏了公平、自由的竞争环境，属于一种不正当竞争行为。依据《反不正当竞争法》第2条的规定，应承担法律责任。”
据悉，目前猎豹浏览器与优酷网的屏蔽大战已经结束，猎豹浏览器访问优酷的各项功能已经恢复正常。
