Amendments to the criminal code included in the 2014 national legislative work plan

Justice Beijing, December 28 (reporter Zheng Henan) reporter from today's closing session of the 12th Standing Committee of the sixth national meeting was informed that the amendments to the Penal Code had been included in the 12 session of the national people's Congress legislative planning and legislative work plan for 2014.

It is learnt that the 12th delivered Presidium of the first session of the national people's Congress NPC Law Committee consideration of the motion proposed by the representative of total 111, involving a total of 40 items of legislation. 　　刑法修正案列入2014年全国人大常委会立法工作计划

　　正义网北京12月28日电(记者 郑赫南) 记者从今天闭幕的第十二届全国人大常委会第六次会议上获悉，刑法修正案已经列入十二届全国人大常委会立法规划和2014年立法工作计划。

　　这是今天获表决通过的全国人大法律委关于代表提出的议案审议结果的报告透露的。报告表明，在第十二届全国人大一次会议上，全国人大代表提出有关修改刑法的议案有28件。对于议案中提出的修改完善刑法的有关内容，全国人大常委会法制工作委员会已经着手调研论证，将根据十八届三中全会精神，听取有关方面意见，在下一步的刑法修改工作中统筹考虑。对议案中的有些内容，法制工作委员会将适时提出修改刑法的建议或者法律解释的建议。

　　据悉，第十二届全国人大一次会议主席团交付全国人大法律委员会审议的代表提出的议案共111件，涉及40个立法项目。其中，建议制定法律的议案15件，涉及12个立法项目；建议修改法律的议案95件，涉及27个立法项目；建议作出授权决定的议案1件，涉及1个立法项目。
