中新社合肥12月27日电 (记者 成展鹏)安徽省十二届人大常委会第八次会议27日上午表决通过了《安徽省人大常委会关于<废止安徽省劳动教养实施条例>的决定(表决稿)》。会议决定，1995年4月24日通过的《安徽省劳动教养实施条例》，自本决定公布之日起废止。1314名劳动教养人员已被全部解教。
今年以来，根据中央司法体制改革领导小组关于加快劳动教养制度改革的工作部署，安徽省劳动教养委员会审批办公室(设在公安厅)按照公安部的要求，自3月18日起，停止了安徽省劳动教养审批工作。6月份以来，安徽省司法厅对现有劳动教养人员逐步分批进行解教。截至10月上旬，安徽省1314名劳动教养人员全部解教完毕，并保持了民警队伍、劳动教养人员、场所秩序的稳定，劳动教养人员解教工作总体平稳。
据了解，《安徽省劳动教养实施条例》于1995年4月24日由安徽省八届人大常委会第十六次会议通过，自1995年9月1日起施行。(完)
