目前，全市共拆除违法建设两万处，1177万平方米。明年全市治理违建的重点主要包括三个方面：一是国家活动重要节点，主要包括APEC会议驻地及会场周边、天安门地区和奥林匹克中心及其周边地区；二是主要交通线及河道沿线，包括机场高速路、二环路到六环路等城市环路，以及京承高速、京广高速等主要道路及铁路沿线，永定河、潮白河等重点河道及行洪区；三是旅游景区和城市环境秩序突出地区，以及集贸市场、繁华商业区和城市边角地等环境死角。
会上再次强调小产权房的非法性，“小产权房转正”这类流言是完全没有根据的，并表示将出狠招清理小产权房，坚决遏制小产权房蔓延之风。市国土资源局局长魏成林表示，十八届三中全会规定集体经营性建设用地出让、租赁、入股实行与国有土地同等入市、同权同价，这为深化农村土地制度改革指明了方向，但并非表示集体土地就可以随意流转。J192
