唐立军，1962年7月生，河北迁安人，北京工商大学教授。自1983年毕业于北京工商大学后，一直从事教育工作近30年。可谓是教育领域的学者型官员。
张树森主管市安监局
张树森将接替张家明任市安监局党组书记、局长，不再担任市交通委党组副书记、副主任以及市交通委运输管理局局长职务。
张树森现年49岁，北京市人，1984年8月参加工作，市委党校在职研究生(北京市委党校民商法专业)，经济师。曾任市交通委党组副书记、副主任等职务。
从任职经历看，张树森到市安监局任职事实上已是第二次。12月19日，张树森对朝阳区城乡接合部的十八里店乡生产经营单位安全生产状况进行安全生产执法检查。这是张树森首次以北京市安监局局长身份亮相。
牛青山
