　　红十字国际委员会将根据南苏丹当地实际情况和需要尽快将上述援款用于采购物资和生活用品，发放给南苏丹人民。中方还将视南苏丹局势发展继续提供力所能及的帮助。中方呼吁冲突双方保持冷静和克制，通过对话和谈判解决彼此间分歧。中方将继续与国际社会共同努力，推动局势尽快恢复稳定。
