Guizhou will appear in the early spring freezing weather

　　记者从贵州省气候中心了解到，在2014年1月中下旬即春运前期阶段，贵州西北部高海拔地区及中部一线出现凝冻的可能性较大，黔东地区以低温雨雪天气为主。

　　贵州省气候中心高级工程师周涛说，2014年1月至2月，贵州省平均气温在3.5摄氏度至12.5摄氏度之间，贵州大范围出现凝冻天气的可能性较小；在此期间，贵州还将出现4次降温降雨过程，其中降幅强度最大的是1月中旬末。
