Hebei xinji steel scaffolding collapse to 1 dead， 4 of them are still trapped

　　据透露，12月26日18时25分，辛集市钢信水泥有限公司矿渣微粉改造项目工地上，立磨车间在浇筑梁施工过程中，发生下方钢管支撑变形倒塌，并引发周围钢管脚手架倾斜倒塌，造成12人受困，2人擦伤。截至目前，受困人员中有8人被救出并送医院检查治疗，其中1人因抢救无效死亡，7人无重伤情况。另有4人仍被困。

　　事故发生后，辛集市紧急成立7个专项小组指挥救援，公安、消防、安监、卫生、住建等部门全力参与救援处置。

　　参与该施工项目的河南濮阳籍工人葛世军说，26日下午，他因为早下班半个小时才幸免于难。事故发生后，他和其他工友立即参与了救援，并亲自救出2名工友。

　　谈及仍被困的工友，40岁的葛世军眼含泪花说，他还有两名河南老乡被困，希望他们能撑下去。

　　辛集市官方称，初步查明，因天气放晴，利于施工，施工单位为赶工期，违规操作造成钢管脚手架倒塌。目前，该企业负责人和项目负责人已被控制。(完)
