【通报】拒拆户此前未提意见

2012年10月15日，太湖县人民政府根据《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》的规定，依法作出房屋征收决定公告后，陈龙等3户一直不配合征收工作：不准工作人员入户调查；在征收方案公示征求意见过程中，该3户没有提出任何书面建议意见；征收决定做出后，该3户拒绝选择评估机构；在其同等区位的房屋评估报告出台后，县有关人员又多次上门做工作，均没有结果。2013年，陈龙等3户子女不服，向安庆市人民政府申请行政复议。 3月13日，安庆市人民政府行政复议决定：维持太湖县人民政府房屋征收决定公告。
【进展】3户已上诉至省高院
随后，该3户对市人民政府的行政复议决定不服，提起行政诉讼，安庆市中级人民法院于2013年11月21日作出行政判决：驳回原告陈子琳等3户的诉讼请求。该3户对安庆市中级人民法院一审判决不服，现已向安徽省高级人民法院上诉，目前该案尚在审理之中，该3户房屋仍在居住使用中。
