酒吧要设禁入标志
近年来，一些酒吧招揽未成年人进入，严重危害未成年人身心健康，将酒吧纳入未成年人保护监管范围的呼声日益高涨。
为此，继网吧、KTV之后，酒吧也成了未成年人保护之地——法规明确：酒吧经营者应当在门口明显位置设置未成年人禁入标志，并禁止接纳未成年人；若不设禁入标志，由文化综合执法机构责令改正，予以警告；若接纳未成年人进入，由文化综合执法机构处一万元以上三万元以下罚款；情节严重的将责令停业整顿。
儿童不能坐副驾位
近年来，未成年人乘车安全已成为全社会关注热点。今年5月，中国消费者协会、中国道路交通安全协会联合发布儿童安全乘车警示：12岁以下儿童不宜坐在副驾驶位置。《道路交通安全法实施条例》也提出，摩托车后座不得乘坐12周岁以下儿童；驾驶自行车、三轮车必须年满12周岁。
为此，修改的未保条例决定：父母、其他监护人、其他成年人携带未满12岁的未成年人乘车，不得安排其乘坐在副驾驶座位；携带未满4岁的孩子乘坐家庭乘用车，应当配备并正确使用儿童安全座椅。
法规还明确：家庭乘用车、儿童安全座椅的生产者、销售者应当按照有关标准和规范为购买者提供儿童安全座椅安装、使用的技术指导和服务。质监和工商行政部门应当加强对儿童安全座椅生产、销售的监督。
