　　北京市公安交管局负责人介绍，在整治行动中，交管部门将联合城管、环保、交通等部门，依托六环路周边或外延联络线、放射线和进出京主要道路，以及全市主要路口、大街，构建全市查控网络，全天候24小时强化对货车不悬挂或污损号牌、超载、闯禁行等各类突出违法行为的执法处罚力度。

　　行动中，各部门将对大货车采取“逢车必查”措施，特别是对货车及渣土运输车遗撒、未苫盖、涉牌、客车载货等严重违法，一律高限处罚；交管部门还将充分利用电视监控、流量检测等交通管理科技系统，强化路面24小时视频巡检，及时发现货车各类违法行为并拍摄固定证据、布警查处。对于查处的违法大货车，交管部门将联合城管、住建委等部门进行源头处罚和治理。
