汪洋要求重点抓好六项工作。一是创新适应电子商务快速发展的管理体制，充分发挥企业主体作用，明确政府管什么、谁来管、怎么管等问题。二是建立健全电子商务法律法规，建设法治化的营商环境。三是强化政策支持，鼓励有条件的电子商务企业探索智能物流、药品流通、农产品流通、跨境电子商务、互联网金融等新型业务。四是完善信息网络、物流配送、电子支付等基础设施，为电子商务发展提供支撑。五是加快信用体系建设，严厉打击侵权假冒、虚假宣传等不法行为，营造公平竞争的市场环境。六是推动电子商务统计科学化、制度化、规范化。
