  中新网宜昌12月22日电 (向阳)“生态调度是当前大型河流和水库生态恢复的一项重要举措,三峡工程自运行以来,采取了一系列水库生态调度措施,效果十分显著。”20日在三峡传媒公司主办的三峡工程与生态环境研讨会上,三峡大学副教授纪道斌如是说。


  纪道斌认为,三峡水库在生态调度方面的效益和成果,主要体现在促进四大家鱼繁殖、枯水期补水、减少泥沙淤积和抵御咸潮入侵等方面。


  在四大家鱼产卵期,三峡水库通过实施科学调度,产生持续上涨的洪峰过程,促进四大家鱼产卵繁殖。2011年,首次开展了针对四大家鱼自然繁殖的生态调度。2012年,实施了两次生态调度试验,两调度过程中均发现了四大家鱼的自然繁殖现象。


  每年冬春两季是长江枯水期,三峡水库通过启动补水调度,有效保障了长江中下游各省市工农业生产和居民生活用水,改善了通航条件。截至2012年,三峡水库已连续6年为下游实施补水调度。从2008年至今,三峡水库为长江中下游的补水总量近500亿立方米,相当于两个三峡防洪库容。


  针对泥沙淤积问题,三峡水库采取“蓄清排浑”调度,汛期来沙较多时,在下游防洪承受能力范围内降低三峡水库水位运行,让含沙量较大的洪水顺利排到下游;汛后,水库存蓄清水,保证发电和航运。蓄水10年来,三峡水库年均入库泥沙量较初步设计值减少六成以上,年均淤积沙量为论证阶段预测值的42%,泥沙情况明显好于预期。


  此外,中国三峡集团采取了库尾减淤调度,通过适时增加水库下泄流量、加大库尾河段水流速度,增大消落期库尾走沙能力,减少泥沙对库尾重庆江段的淤积。


  纪道斌认为,改善长江口咸潮入侵,也是三峡水库生态调度的一个重要成果。“长江口盐水入侵是因潮汐活动引发的长期存在的自然现象,一般发生在枯季11月至次年4月。研究表明,三峡工程对改善长江口盐水入侵情势效果十分明显。如果在枯水年适当提前蓄水,适当加大最枯月份下泄流量,可进一步增大三峡工程抵御咸潮入侵的作用。”(完)
