为何被判？涉嫌“假交易、真借贷”被查

在前往检调方说明案情时，吴宗宪坦承2009年1月联明行动科技的确用6000万本票购买LED灯，但后来因产能不足，3月就取消合作。事后吴宗宪退还了3600万现金，剩余的2400万也在随后归还。不过即使这样，2012年台北地检署侦办完后，仍然以背信、违反商业会计法规等罪将吴宗宪列为被告，并提起公诉。
