早前笔者报导过HTC手机采用的芯片因为侵犯了诺基亚的专利，被英国法院颁布停售HTC One Mini，由于HTC要求上诉获批，禁售令可以暂缓执行。逃过英国一劫，但躲不了德国的官司。诺基亚德国控告HTC侵犯有关使用USB功能的专利，官司获得胜诉，诺基亚可以强制HTC禁止在德国销售和进口侵权的产品。
诺基亚发布声明表示欢迎慕尼黑地区法院有关HTC产品侵犯了诺基亚EP 1 246 071专利权，有关手机使用USB功能的判决。诺基亚认为裁决是长久以来跟HTC的纠纷中，另一个重要的里程碑；赋予诺基亚强制HTC执行停止进口和销售所有侵权产品的权利，并且就过往的损失进行追讨。而且，相关官司亦在英国审理中。
相关使用USB功能的专利，明显是所有Android手机生产商都有的问题，而并非HTC独有，但诺基亚似乎只咬着HTC不放。禁售令有可能影响所有产品，暂时未知HTC会如何反应。
