　　打开数据库，西藏地区重要部位的立体模型图瞬间呈现在大屏幕上。制高点、建筑结构、周边地形地貌、人员构成等指挥员借以判断的各项数值精确地呈现。“有了这个数据库，指挥员在处置各种突发情况时都能快速有效地做出准确判断。”
