　　据官方通报，12月28日上午7点25分，澧县杨家坊乡燕涔村一废弃平房内发生爆炸，废弃房屋被毁，周边数栋房屋不同程度受损，事故造成该村村民庹某、黄某等5人当场死亡，紧邻平房的一位老人因房屋倒塌致死。

　　事发后，当地官员和安监、公安、消防、卫生等部门有关人员赶赴现场，组织抢险救援，处理善后事宜。

　　目前，组织非法制作疑似烟火药的嫌疑人已被警方控制，事故调查及善后工作正在有序开展。

　　澧县为此召开专题会议，紧急通知，要求全县迅速开展各类安全隐患排查，杜绝类似事故发生。(完)
