　　河南省人大常委会接受了武予鲁提出辞去第十二届全国人民代表大会代表职务，广东省人大常委会接受了徐龙提出辞去第十二届全国人民代表大会代表职务，贵州省人大常委会接受了王术君提出辞去第十二届全国人民代表大会代表职务。江苏省人大常委会罢免了季建业的第十二届全国人民代表大会代表职务。依照代表法的有关规定，武予鲁、徐龙、王术君、季建业的代表资格终止。

　　第十二届全国人民代表大会代表高小宏因病去世，高小宏的代表资格自然终止。全国人民代表大会常务委员会对高小宏代表的去世表示哀悼。

　　现在，第十二届全国人民代表大会实有代表2984人。
