首先，4G套餐“加料不加价”。4G商用之后，广东移动推出了相对灵活的资费套餐体系，用户既可以办理4G合约购机，也可以自带手机入网。
套餐的月费有128元到888元等多个档次，覆盖了不同的用户群体的需求，并且新套餐比原套餐无论语音还是流量都是只加不减，现在办理4G套餐基本上相当于流量几乎翻倍或月费5折。
其次，流量费用“双封顶”。广东移动还采取了500元流量费以及15G流量双封顶的政策，在达到封顶值时，广东移动将自动实施流量保护措施，超出的流量不再收取任何费用，用户可以便捷无忧地使用极速4G，再也不必担心“天价流量费”了。
最后，流量使用多重提醒。广东移动一直以来不断完善多重流量提醒服务，通过超套餐流量预警提醒、套餐升级提醒、叠加套餐提醒等多种方式，避免用户产生高额套餐外流量费。
据介绍，在用户开通套餐、首次使用流量、零使用、流量使用额接近套餐峰值及上网费用达到500元（或流量达到15G）的封顶值等多个节点，广东移动都会通过短信定期进行提醒。
目前，广东移动已经建成全国最大的4G网络，建成近万个4G基站，广、深两地的主城区已基本实现4G连续覆盖，最高网速可达100Mbps。
4G终端种类还在不断丰富，到今年底，将有超过30款的4G终端上市，其中移动版4G iPhone5S/5C已经开始预约，明年1月17日将正式发售，4G千元智能手机也已经面世。到明年，4G手机种类将超过200款。
