记者向淘宝官方客服咨询。客服表示，淘宝客服号不可能是手机号，该号码明显是假冒的。遭遇此类骚扰，一定不要轻易更改差评，可第一时间向淘宝网客服求助，淘宝一经核实，会做出诸如封店之类的处罚。如果情节严重，还会移送司法机关处理。
