"Urbanization over the last 13 years with an increase of 41.78 million mu of cultivated land quality" second national land survey, just southeast of 5 provinces in reducing 17.98 million mu of paddy field, equivalent to minus area of paddy field in the province of Fujian. Shanghai-jinqiong Beijing unused land is nearly depleted, Su Hui, Zhejiang and Guizhou and the remaining are extremely limited.
