2005年至2012年期间，赵捷华利用担任乐昌市人防办副主任、主任的职务便利，在负责城市结合民用建筑修建防空地下室工程报建工作的过程中，收受沈某等10多名房地产开发商老板的贿赂价值共计人民币261.9万元人民币(其个人实际得到215.9万元人民币)。
乐昌市法院经审理认为，鉴于被告人赵捷华在检察机关谈话时主动交代了检察机关没有掌握的犯罪事实，是自首，依法可以从轻处罚，据此作出上述判决。
