检方起诉书指控：
1、2013年7月16日，被告人张淑侠在富平县妇幼保健院以来X峰、董X珊所生男婴有病为由，让家属签字放弃婴儿。当晚张淑侠将男婴抱回家中，打电话联系山西省临猗县的潘X串。7月17日凌晨3时许，潘X串和其子崔x驾车来到张淑侠家中，以21600元的价格将男婴买走带回家中。其后潘X串经王X丁和黄x娜介绍，潘X串丈夫崔x梁从旁协助，在其家中以59800元的价格将婴儿卖于河南省内黄县梁庄乡后河村的朱x奇、赵x军夫妇。后该男婴已被解救并送还来xx夫妇。
2、2013年5月29日，被告人张淑侠在富平县妇幼保健院以王x艳所生的双胞胎女婴有病为由，让家属签字放弃婴儿。后张淑侠将两名婴儿抱回家中，打电话联系潘X串。后潘X串和崔x驾车来到张淑侠家中，以30000元的价格将两名婴儿买走带回家中。其后潘X串经黄x氏介绍，崔x梁为买家带路，在其家中以46000元的价格将其中一名女婴卖于山东省巨野县的任x欣夫妇。另一女婴寄养在潘X串妹妹吴X珍家，吴X珍又将婴儿寄养于贾X堂家中。后两名女婴均被解救并送还王X艳夫妇。
3、2013年4月份的一天，富平县妇幼保健院保洁员杜X德在医院儿科将黄x妮所生并被家属放弃的一岩女婴抱回自己宿舍，后打电话将此事告诉被告人张淑侠。张淑侠遂电话联系潘x串，当日下午潘X串与崔x开车来到富平，在杜X德宿舍看过女婴后，从张淑侠处以1000元的价格将女婴买走带回家中。后该女婴死亡被抛弃。
4、2013年2月28日，被告人张淑侠在自己家中为武X娟做手术产下一女婴，以该女婴有病为由让家属放并。后张淑侠打电话联系潘x串，当晚潘X串和崔x梁、崔x驾车来到张淑侠家中，以20000元的价格将该女婴买走带回。其后潘X串经王x丁介绍，以46000元的价格将该女婴卖于河南省滑县大吕庄村的和x峰、李x勤夫妇。该女婴已被解救并送还武X娟家人。
5、2012年4月份的一天，被告人张淑侠在富平县妇幼保健院得知赵X涛、贺x娜要将所生女婴送人，遵打电话联系潘X串。潘X串和崔x即驾车来到富平县妇幼保健院，以20000元的价格将该女婴从张淑侠处买走，张淑侠将其中15000元交予赵x涛。后因女婴家人反悔，张淑侠让潘X串将女婴送回，后将女婴交还赵x涛亲属。
6、2011年11月份的一天，被告人张淑侠在富平县妇幼保健院得到住院生产的尚X霞、赵x良夫妇放弃的男婴，遂打电话联系潘X串，随后潘X串和崔x驾丰来到张淑侠家中，将该男婴买走带回。其后潘X串经廉X奴和黄x氏介绍，以47000元的价格将该男婴卖于山东省巨野县独山镇烟王村的王X超、吕x顺夫妇。该男婴已被解救并送还尚x霞夫妇。
渭南市检察院认为，被告人张淑侠以出卖为目的，拐卖儿童多人，并致一人死亡，其行为触犯了《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百四十条第一款第(二)项、第(七)项之规定，犯罪事实清楚，证据确实、充分，应当以拐卖儿童罪追究其刑事责任。为了维护社会治安秩序，保护公民的人身权利不受侵犯，根据《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百七十二条之规定，现将被告人张淑侠提起公诉，请依法判处。
