中新网陕西渭南12月30日(记者 冽玮 张一辰)30日上午，陕西富平产科医生张淑侠拐卖婴儿案在陕西渭南市中级人民法院公开审理。起诉被告人张淑侠6起犯罪事实，其中有一名受害儿童父亲参与贩婴。
当日上午9时开庭后，起诉书指控被告人张淑侠自2011年至2013年，多次以新生儿患有疾病为由，建议家属放弃新生儿，而后将婴儿贩卖。其中一名受害儿童父亲参与贩婴，并从被告人张淑侠处分得15000元。
根据渭南市检察院的起诉书指控，张淑侠先后拐卖7名儿童，其中1名儿童拐卖后死亡。受害儿童分别被卖至河南、山东及陕西富平本地，张淑侠从中获利1千元至数万元不等。其犯罪事实清楚，证据确实、充分，应当以拐卖儿童追究其刑事责任。
法院表示，起诉书指控的第4、5起事实因涉及个人隐私，决定对该两起犯罪事实的法庭调查部分不公开审理。
据悉，一名受害儿童父亲参与贩婴，并从被告人张淑侠处分得15000元，就是其中第5起。(完)
