省政协11届4次常委会议闭幕 通过陈柏槐免职决定
湖北日报讯 (记者张辉、通讯员李万进) 省政协十一届四次常委会议圆满完成各项议程，于昨日在武昌闭幕。会议决定，省政协十一届二次会议将于2014年1月16日至21日在武汉召开。
会议听取省政协各专门委员会报告工作，听取本次常委会议小组讨论情况的综合通报；通过《关于召开中国人民政治协商会议湖北省第十一届委员会第二次会议的决定》、《省政协十一届二次会议议程(审议稿)、日程》、《省政协十一届委员会常务委员会工作报告》(审议稿)及报告建议人名单、《省政协十一届委员会关于十一届一次会议以来提案工作情况的报告》(审议稿)及报告建议人名单、《省政协十一届二次会议列席人员范围》、《省政协十一届二次会议大会秘书长、副秘书长名单》、《关于省政协十一届二次会议通过议案和选举表决方式的决定》、《省政协十一届二次会议分组办法及召集人名单》。
会议通过了《关于胡礼鸣等同志任职的决定》、《关于冀群风同志任十一届省政协委员的决定》、《关于李宗柏同志不再担任十一届省政协委员的决定》、《关于陈柏槐同志不再担任十一届省政协委员的决定》。
省政协主席杨松在闭幕会上讲话。他指出，本次会议得到省委、省政府高度重视，既是一次中共十八届三中全会精神的学习会，又是一次省政协十一届二次会议的筹备会，还是一次对政府工作报告(征求意见稿)的建言会。下一步，我们要把认真贯彻落实中共十八届三中全会精神作为全省各级政协组织和广大政协委员的重大政治任务，牢牢把握全会精神实质、坚持改革正确方向，充分发挥人民政协作用、凝聚深化改革共识，认真履行人民政协职能、促进全面深化改革。
杨松强调，要深刻理解协商民主广泛多层制度化发展内涵，全面总结我省人民政协协商民主的实践经验，进一步推进我省人民政协协商民主制度建设，大力推进全省人民政协协商民主工作。政协委员是人民政协协商民主的主体，希望省政协各位委员特别是常委会组成人员高度重视，努力提出真知灼见、展现聪明才智。
杨松强调，要根据本次常委会议的部署和安排，把主要精力转到大会筹备工作上来，牢牢把握会议总体要求和主要任务，精心组织会议协商议政工作，切实改进会风文风，认真做好各项会务保障工作，确保省政协十一届二次会议圆满成功。
