薪酬最少的10个专业是文科

人文学科毕业生起薪偏低
文科专业毕业生就业不乐观、工作起薪低，确实是当下面临的问题。那么，为何如此？
对此，北京师范大学政府管理学院组织与人力资源管理系主任王建民认为：“国家机关、事业单位，以及企业行政等部门多是文科生的就业去处，这些部门的岗位需求相对少一点，工资也较固定，而理科生多在企业生产技术部门工作，市场化程度更高，需求量大，薪水较高。”

起薪不是评判的唯一标准
清华大学历史系教授梅雪芹认为，一个人的价值、工作的好坏体现在各个方面，而薪酬仅仅是其中的一方面，“社会地位、精神需求、工作成就感和工作压力等都是考量依据，而不应该仅仅拿薪酬作为唯一标准。”
南开大学商学院人力资源管理系主任袁庆宏指出，面对薪酬垫底的调查结果，文科生不必太过紧张，“毕竟文科、理科两者的职业成长轨迹有着较大区别。相对而言，理科专业对口明确，就业能力的信号显示充分，可替代性较弱，所以职业初期的薪酬较高，而人文学科的学生需要一段较长的社会适配期、经验积累期，所以初期的薪酬较低。但初期薪酬低并不代表文科生之后的薪酬不高。”
