新一届国家机构和全国政协领导人产生

《大气污染防治行动计划》发布

上海自由贸易试验区挂牌

我国划设东海防空识别区
11月23日，中国政府发表声明，宣布划设东海防空识别区，并发布航空器识别规则公告和识别区示意图。国防部新闻发言人表示，中国政府按照国际通行做法，划设东海防空识别区，目的是捍卫国家主权和领土领空安全，维护空中飞行秩序。这是中国有效行使自卫权的必要措施，不针对任何特定国家和目标，不影响有关空域的飞越自由。东海防空识别区的范围，是根据国家空防需求和维护空中飞行秩序需要确定的。
“嫦娥”携“玉兔”成功登月

2013年全国粮食总产量60194万吨，比2012年增产1236万吨，增长2.1%。全国粮食总产量首次突破60000万吨大关，实现10年连续增产。与此同步，农民收入稳定增长，有望实现“十连快”，预计全年农民人均纯收入增幅有望连续第四年超过城镇居民。12月23日至24日举行的中央农村工作会议提出，必须坚持把解决好“三农”问题作为全党工作重中之重，不断加大强农惠农富农政策力度，确保我国粮食安全，确保广大人民群众“舌尖上的安全”。
