  深圳市交通运输委相关负责人介绍,深圳市近1.6万辆出租车均已配备电召终端,乘客可以通过多种方式享受电召服务。其中,市民可登陆深圳市交通运输委员会官方网站下载已接入电召中心的各类手机召车软件。此外,市民还可通过登陆网页(http://www.sztb.gov.cn/)或拨打电话预约召车,电召号码统一为83168316。


  为了提高召车双方守信程度,电召平台将逐步建立完善诚信机制。出租汽车驾驶员接单后拒绝载客的,经查实,由电召服务主管部门按照《深圳经济特区出租小汽车管理条例》第五十六条第一款“拒绝载客”的相关规定依法处理。出租汽车驾驶员提供电召服务情况及相关指标将纳入出租车驾驶员质量信息考评体系。


  乘客一个年度内累计违约3次的,自第3次违约开始,一年内电召服务调度中心暂停向其提供电召服务。如有以下三种情况之一,则被视为违约。一是约车成功后,未乘坐预约车辆的;二是即时约车成功后取消约车订单的,每两次,记录违约一次;三是预约约车成功后距约定出发时间不足1小时取消约车订单的,每两次,记录违约一次。
