区域边界不清的投诉，谁受理谁负责查处
12369环境投诉热线实行24小时人工无缝值守制度，及时受理群众投诉。城六区、长安区、高新区、经开区、曲江新区等接到群众夜间施工投诉后30分钟内赶到现场查处，其他区县1小时内赶到现场查处，其余类型的投诉7个工作日内到现场查处并回复。
对受理的区域边界不清的投诉实行首问负责制，谁受理谁负责查处，并及时向市局12369中心报告处理情况，由中心负责移交。
对于受理的投诉，当班领导要及时安排执法人员现场查处，并跟踪督办。对前一天的投诉查处情况要在次日上午10时前对检查情况进行核实，确保每一项投诉都能及时查处回复。
