年度十大案件分别是：
陕西西安“3·20”销售非法出版物案，广东东莞“3·17”姚某网络传播淫秽物品牟利案，山西运城“9·20”假记者诈骗案，山东章丘“9·03”印制盗版图书案，四川成都“6·09”印制非法出版物案，江苏连云港“2·18”新闻敲诈案，湖北荆州“5·24”非法外挂案，甘肃临夏“3·27”制售非法出版物案，云南腾冲、临沧“3·24”盗版《新华字典》案，以及北京《绝对领域》违法违规出版案。
