昨日是2013年最后一天，深圳皇岗和福田口岸从早上8点便开始迎来旅客出境小高峰，客流高峰持续到上午11点半，在皇岗口岸的出境大厅，排队等候的市民一度占满了整个大厅。
据深圳边检的数据，元旦期间，即2013年12月28日至2014年1月1日，经深港各口岸出入境的旅客预计将达315万人次，日均客流达63万人次。其中，皇岗边检则估计，元旦日将是皇岗、福田口岸出境高峰日，分别达4 .2万人次和8 .8万人次，两个口岸的入境高峰日则为1月2日，分别达3.6万人次和8.1万人次。
趁节假日赴港旅行的内地游客不少，但也有人因为不了解出入境条例，尚未到香港便遇上了麻烦。昨日罗湖海关介绍，上月29日该关查获一宗携带过量人民币出境的案件：来自佛山的刘先生带着女朋友经罗湖口岸出境，准备到香港“血拼”，却在过关时被海关查获。由于刘先生事前没了解通关规定，超量携带人民币现钞出境。最终，海关按规定给他和女朋友每人放行了2万元人民币，剩下的26万元则不能带到香港。
根据海关总署规定，旅客携带人民币进出境限额为2万元，超出的不准进出境。如果携带外汇现钞折合5000美元以上的，则海关需凭银行出具的“携带外汇出境许可证”放行。
海关提醒：购物回来也勿超量
罗湖海关提醒，进出境旅客假期出行要提前了解通关规定，注意申报随身携带的应税物品，遵守海关规定，以免耽误行程，旅客携带货币不要超量，购物回来也不要超出“自用、合理数量”。
在境外消费时，旅客不要购买象牙等野生动物制品。最重要的是，旅客境外旅游回来，切记不要为赚取蝇头小利，帮陌生人携带物品过关。特别是违禁物品，一经查获，需负行政、刑事责任。
