从现阶段来看,虚拟运营商主要的盈利方式就是增值服务的售卖,因为转卖通信业务盈利能力十分有限,目前运营商按7折左右价格将短信、流量资费“批发”给虚拟运营商,短信结算价格是7分钱/条,流量是120元/G,语音资费是0.1元/分钟。这与现行运营商资费大致相同。如果虚拟运营商玩不转,不仅辛苦钱赚不到,还可能会倒贴钱。
