为了解决旅客往年春运订票难的问题，今年铁路部门将12306升级有可自动帮用户“抢”票的功能，近日，新版12306更将静态的验证码变成了不断摇动的彩色动态验证码，不过，这一新动作却遭到不少网友的吐槽，直呼“看不清”。新版验证码以蓝、红、绿为主，且不断左右摇摆，就像在跳舞一样，字符在摇摆中会不断发生叠压现象，颜色也相应发生改变。网友说这些“会跳舞”的字母数字符号，“像毕加索的抽象画”，严重影响了抢票时间，简直就是“密码锁”。
网友“东三环的风”还在天涯论坛晒出了七张在12306订票后因输入验证码错误的页面截图，并称其是“眼力考题”。网友Auki24说：“等我输入正确时票已经没有了！”
12306客服人员表示，其他的抢票软件和网站已经影响到旅客正常的购票顺序，这个动态验证码就是要保障旅客正常购票。
