法制晚报讯(记者 王晓飞) 随着2013年12月28日全国人大常委会通过废止劳教制度的决定，全国所有在管劳教人员于当天开始被解除劳教。
今天上午，记者了解到，北京市劳动教养管理局官方网站已“停止运行”，劳教所已彻底退出历史舞台。
上午北京市司法局的相关人员证实，按照全国人大通过的决定，劳教所的劳教人员应该在28日公布当天陆续被解除劳教。
随后，记者打开北京劳动教养管理局官方网站，空白网页中只显示“网站维护中，请您稍后访问”。
据此前的北京市劳教局官方网站资料显示，该局成立于2000年2月，下辖7处劳教所，其中，除双河劳教所位于黑龙江省，其余6家均位于大兴区。
自从2013年11月16日本报追踪报道劳教所摘牌以来，一直对劳教所更名保持关注，其中，除团河劳教所已更名为“北京市监狱团河二监区”外，其余5家劳动教养所已在1个月内陆陆续续进行了摘牌。
新安劳动教养所的门外大理石“劳教所”字样已去除，只留下一层浅浅的字样痕迹。
团河劳教所更名为“北京市监狱团河二监区”，位于大兴区团桂路1号的团河劳教所正门西侧墙壁上，挂着写有“北京市监狱团河二监区”字样的不锈钢标牌。
位于大兴区的天堂河劳教所，原先大门东侧墙壁上，贴着一上一下两行字，上面是“北京市天堂河劳动教养所”，下面是“北京市天堂河强制隔离戒毒所”。而如今同一位置只剩“北京市天堂河强制隔离戒毒所”字样，其上的“教养所”字样只剩隐约字痕。
同样摘除标牌的还有汇林南街的未成年劳教所、魏永路上的女子劳教所以及清源路上的新河劳教所。
其中，未成年劳教所门口，一块绿色苫布盖住了贴有其名称的大理石，值班人员称是“几天前遮起来的”。
女子劳教所门口，则无任何标识。
