　　城市晚报讯 2013年12月31日，长春市政府召开殡葬用品管理和文明祭祀工作调度会，再次部署春节前文明祭祀活动，要求相关部门和各城区、开发区必须落实责任，全面清理整顿殡葬用品市场，倡导市民文明祭祀。

　　据了解，从2013年12月27日开始，民政、工商、行政执法、质监、环保、公安等部门，以及各城区、开发区已开始了整顿工作。

　　在生产环节上，相关部门已开始向各个厂家发出禁止生产销售的通知，告知违反规定的后果。组织力量对全市各类生产烧纸、冥币等祭祀用品的厂家进行排查，对加工制作烧纸、纸牛、纸马等封建迷信用品的厂家进行取缔和查处。

　　在销售流通环节上，相关部门已开始对全市殡葬用品经营业户及非法经营业户进行告知和全面清查，要求其停止销售烧纸、冥币、纸牛、纸马等封建迷信用品。在宣传到位后，就将对全市市场、小卖店进行清查包括其仓库，对销售行为进行坚决制止，对禁品没收销毁。

　　在焚烧环节上，长春市已组织了巡视、督查、宣传和执法队伍，在夜间进行不间断管理，加强宣传教育和巡查执法，坚决禁止在建成区内城市道路、广场、公共绿地、居民小区等公共场所焚烧烧纸及纸制品等祭祀物品。(记者 姜永鑫/报道)
