  近日,中科院大气物理研究所的一份研究报告显示,北京PM2.5有6个重要来源,分别是土壤尘、燃煤、生物质燃烧、汽车尾气与垃圾焚烧、工业污染和二次无机气溶胶。其中,化石燃料燃烧排放成为北京PM2.5污染主要来源,汽车尾气所占比例不到4%。


  根据这份报告,连日来,网络上围绕“北京PM2.5中汽车尾气占比不足4%”的讨论持续引发关注。


  北京环保局2日召开新闻发布会,通报2013年北京空气质量状况。发布会上,针对上述争议,于建华接受中新网记者采访时回应称:“机动车污染还是北京较为主要的污染源。这不仅是我们通过模型解析的结果,也是污染物监测测算的结果。”


  于建华介绍,根据北京市环保监测中心的研究结果,北京市的大气污染来源主要包括两大类,一类是本地排放来源,一类是外来传输来源,外来传输占到24.5%,其他75.5%为本地污染排放产生的。


  “在本地污染源这75.5%中,机动车污染占比最大,占22.2%,其次是燃煤污染,占16.7%,工业污染占16.3%,扬尘污染占15.8%,其他方面占4.5%。此外,北京燃煤使用量在逐年消减,而机动车保有量在逐年上升,所以,从未来来看,北京的大气污染将逐渐从‘燃煤型’向‘机动车型’突出。”于建华说。


  针对政府部门与学术研究机构测算数据的差异,于建华说,学术机构的研究有不同的研究目的意义,有不同的时间地点,可能在结论上有些差异。


  “这份报告说机动车和垃圾焚烧占4%,但是也有研究机构说机动车污染占50%,大家有很多说法。但是,我们必须看到北大、清华,包括中科院等学术机构,他们主流的研究结果还是说,机动车污染在北京空气污染中占比在20%到30%之间。”


  于建华说,每个研究机构的研究有其不同的背景和前提条件,但是机动车为北京空气的一个主要污染源,在学术领域还是得到充分证实的。(完)
