  保障房政策应向非户籍人口倾斜


  此前广东省审计厅的报告显示,2012年广东有13个市本级、28个县(市、区)11464套保障性住房处于闲置状态。


  “对于保障房空置现象要进行问责。”中国房地产学会副会长陈国强认为,当前保障房空置已成为一种普遍社会现象,很值得反思。其根本原因在于地方政府机械地理解中央的保障房政策,一味追求完成表面指标任务,而不去真正关心老百姓的需求,结果既造成资源浪费,又没有解决实际问题。


  “今后保障房政策将更多地向非户籍人口倾斜。”广东省住建厅住房保障处处长刘耿辉说,对于保障房空置现象,审计部门正进行相关统计,省住建厅将对存在的问题“回头看”,对发现的问题作出相应整改。
