Gas poisoning accident in yangxin， Shandong province killed 4 people and injured 3

After the accident, yangxin County contingency plan activated immediately. County party Committee and Government leaders to reach the scene in time, such as direct disposal. By the local environmental protection departments in the plant world wind monitoring, are not checked out toxic gases. The cause of the accident is under investigation.

　　据了解，发生事故的企业位于阳信县经济开发区。经初步调查，这家企业中间原料罐区石脑油储罐罐间连接法兰泄漏，在处置过程中发生气体中毒伤亡事故，造成4人死亡、3人受伤，其中1人经过观察治疗后已出院。

　　事故发生后，阳信县立即启动应急预案。县委、县政府主要负责人等及时达到现场指挥处置。经当地环保部门在厂界下风向监测，未检出有毒气体。事故原因正在调查中。
