　　《条例》规定，每天6时以前和22时以后，禁止在公园内使用音响设备开展健身、娱乐等活动，经批准举办的公益性活动除外。在禁止的时间段内使用音响设备开展健身、娱乐等活动的，或者在公园内开展健身、娱乐等活动不服从公园管理机构(单位)管理的，处100元以上500元以下的罚款。

　　据了解，今后将严格控制公园地下空间的商业性开发。公园内禁止机动车、电动自行车进入停车场以外的区域。机动车、电动自行车进入公园停车场以外区域的，劝其驶离；拒不驶离的，处50元以上200元以下的罚款。

　　同时，对犬类进入公园也有了具体规定。《条例》规定禁止携带烈性犬、大型犬等动物进入公园。并规定，携带烈性犬、大型犬等禁止入园的动物进入公园的，责令其改正，并可处50元以上200元以下的罚款。
