金鹰大酒楼董事长陈忠丽介绍，马年年夜饭价格分为1688、2388和2488三种，相较往年价格有所下降，即原先年夜饭预订大厅每客价格约在200元，今年降低到了170元以下，进包间价也从200多元降低了两成；好记大酒店往年只做高端年夜饭，今年预订有所下降，大厅的年夜饭价格也降到1680元/桌，河西珍宝假日酒店大厅价仅为1599元/桌，较之去年下降30%！一位酒店人士无奈地说，“市场容量就这么大，任何餐饮店即便面临成本压力，为了留住客源，也只能狠心降价。”
