贵州省政府办公厅带头禁烟：将设立禁烟区|禁烟|贵州省|办公厅_新闻资讯

　　为贯彻中办、国办近日下发的《关于领导干部带头在公共场所禁烟有关事项的通知》精神，经厅党组同意，贵州省政府办公厅近日出台关于领导干部带头在公共场所禁烟有关事项的实施意见，要求各处室、各单位遵照执行。

　　根据意见，在公共场所设置禁烟区。由厅行政处会同厅机关服务中心在厅管理的有关区域规划设置禁烟区，张贴禁烟标识。禁烟区域为各办公楼会议室、候会室、办公楼通道、门厅、传达室、地下停车场、洗手间、阅览室等公共场所，有不吸烟职工的多人办公场所也纳入禁烟区域。

　　意见要求，全厅干部职工要自觉遵守在公共场所禁烟的法律法规，不得在学校、医院、体育场馆、公共文化场馆、公共交通工具等禁止吸烟的公共场所吸烟，在其他有禁止吸烟标识的公共场所要带头不吸烟，参加各类会议；参与接待、会见等公务活动时不得吸烟、敬烟、劝烟；乘坐多人乘坐的公车不得吸烟，驾驶员在驾驶公车时不得吸烟；处级以上领导干部尤其要加强自律，模范遵守上述在公共场所和公务活动中禁烟、控烟的规定。

　　意见规定，严禁使用或变相使用公款支付烟草消费开支；有关处室、单位承办会议、接待、会见等公务活动，一律不得使用公款购备香烟、提供烟草制品；厅行政处要严格审核有关经费支出，对用公款支付烟草消费的凭证一律不予报销。

　　意见还对创建无烟机关作出了具体安排，明确要求全厅干部职工要认真学习公共场所卫生管理条例和中办、国办通知精神，充分认识领导干部带头在公共场所禁烟的重大意义；厅党组坚持“快乐工作、健康生活”理念，倡导吸烟干部职工积极戒烟，相互不发烟、敬烟、劝烟，厅党组成员要抓好分管范围的控烟、禁烟工作；厅机关党委要组织开展形式多样的禁烟控烟宣传教育活动，动员干部职工控烟，鼓励吸烟干部职工戒烟；到各处室、各单位接洽工作、办理有关事务的外单位干部职工违反有关公共场所禁烟规定的，各处室、各单位干部职工要积极劝止。

　　意见还规定，厅处级以上领导干部要主动接受群众监督和舆论监督；未担任领导职务的干部职工在公务活动中违反控烟、禁烟规定的，负责承办活动的有关领导干部和其直接领导有责任及时批评教育，予以劝止；处级以上领导干部违反控烟、禁烟规定的，由其直接领导给予批评教育；屡教不改的，由驻厅纪检组(监察室)诫勉谈话；造成恶劣影响的，依纪依法严肃处理。(记者 李珺)
