事发后有居民抱怨，小区属于老公房建筑，每天晚上私家车都会占据原本不宽的通道，这导致失火后消防车无法正常驶入，影响了救援。
有居民裹着睡衣逃生
昨日失火的169号住宅楼，位于通河路254号的通河八村小区。当天中午，一楼失火的房屋大门紧闭，朝北的一处窗台被大火熏黑。从窗户往里看，屋内家具已经付之一炬。

救命通道被私家车占据
有居民介绍，失火房屋内的两个大人为60岁左右的姐弟俩，另一人是由弟弟领养的9岁的小女孩。由于弟弟多年积病，身体不好，因此姐姐长期陪同照顾。
昨日，有居民称，消防出水救火一度受阻，是因为小区的消防通道被私家车占据。
一位居民说，当天深夜多辆消防车停在小区门口的马路上，消防队员只能从外面接水管小跑着进小区内灭火，延缓了救援时间。
“我们小区属于老公房，里面的公共通道狭小，仅够一辆宽大的消防车通过。”居民们表示，由于小区没有地下车库，路面停车位紧张，一到晚上小区的公共通道基本被私家车占满，“小轿车通过都费劲，消防车想都别想开进来。”早报记者当天看到，小区通道的两侧仍停放着几辆私家车，其他小轿车要小心翼翼地通过。
类似的消防通道被私家车侵占影响救火的事件屡有发生。
其中一次是在2012年11月，浦东耀华路新世纪花苑一居民楼五楼发生火灾，火势迅速蔓延到六楼，所幸没有造成两层楼的居民伤亡。由于小区道路被车辆占据，消防队员从马路边接到火场的消防带长达300多米。
另一次是在2013年2月，江苏路502弄长原小区一底楼住户发生大火，火势向上蔓延至三楼。10多辆消防车赶到时所有车辆均无法开进，只能停在几十米远的马路上，消防员从外面的消防栓接水后抱着消防水管一路跑进了小区，所幸火灾未造成人员伤亡。
此外，2013年7月，提篮桥街道的唐山路778弄52号楼老公房突发大火，小区消防通道过于狭窄，消防车只能停在唐山路上，一名八旬老太不幸丧生等。
闸北 小区找不到消防栓 广告牌又挡住水龙

昨日是新年第一天，王先生一家四口却将“无家可归”。
发生在当天16点45分的一场大火，至少让闸北区西藏北路854弄6号的10多户居民家屋尽毁。消防部门到场后一度疏散38人，其中有4人受伤送往闸北区中心医院予以救治，没有生命危险。
十多辆消防车接龙施救
火灾发生的西藏北路854弄属于老式民宅，多数为一层砖木结构的老房子。在昨日的火灾现场，只要穿着拖鞋身上又披着大衣、眼中无神头发散乱却喋喋不休的，多数是从起火的家中逃出来的居民。
“谁大冷天穿着拖鞋跑到街上的？”受灾居民杨先生事后回忆说，事发时连想回去换上鞋再逃生的时间都没有。
西藏北路854弄6号的顶部是塑料板，事发时塑料板下面冒出了烟。徐女士称自己最先看到了烟，当时她正做着家务。在她大喊“起火”后，还让老伴和儿子去救火，不过救火最初的工具是一壶还没有烧开的水。
徐女士说，烟呛到了她的儿子王先生，而后者在拨打了报警电话后，正跑上阁楼试图救火。但很快，黑烟令他撤退。昨晚，不停咳嗽的王先生断断续续地说，他和父亲两人遭烟呛后几乎晕厥。两人被随后赶到的消防队员扶了出来。
昨日，多名受灾居民表示，最先赶到现场有4辆消防车，但消防队员找不到消防栓。“棚户区里没有消防设施，找遍了也没有。”一名不愿透露姓名的受灾居民表示，后来来了10多辆消防车，采取“接龙”的方式，终于喷出了水。
广告牌挡住消防水枪

受灾居民被安置在宾馆
昨晚，闸北区宝山街道的相关工作人员赶赴现场，并将受灾居民安置于附近的兆源宾馆居住。
王先生和母亲徐女士一家四口人睡在宾馆里。由于起火燃烧迅速，一家子没有抢出家什，甚至在慌乱中忘带了手机。
王先生想知道，接下来的家将会在哪里？
目前，火灾的原因仍有待调查，没有一人因此次事故丧生。
