　　中新网1月2日电 据央视报道，针对美国向斯洛伐克移交3名维族囚犯一事，外交部发言人秦刚在今日在外交部例行记者会上回应称，这3名囚犯是“东伊运”组织的恐怖分子，希望有关国家认真履行国际义务，早日将他们移交给中国。

　　2013年12月31日，美国国防部发表声明称，有3名关押在关塔那摩的中国籍维族囚犯，根据他们的意愿将前往斯洛伐克。斯洛伐克方面也证实这三名囚犯已抵达。

　　秦刚称，中国一贯要求美国将关押在关塔那摩监狱的中国籍恐怖嫌犯移交中国，坚决反对美国将上述恐怖嫌犯移交给第三国安置，也反对任何国家以任何借口接受他们，上述嫌犯是“东伊运”组织的成员，而“东伊运”组织是联合国安理会认定的恐怖组织，所以他们是地地道道的恐怖分子。

　　秦刚强调，他们不仅威胁中国的国家安全，也会对接受国本身的安全构成威胁。中方希望有关国家能够从国际义务出发，认真履行国际义务，不给恐怖分子提供安全庇护，并且早日将他们移交给中国。
