视频聊天想要特服，结果被骗9万8
去年2月28日，靖江人王某在家上网，突然电脑右下角处跳出一个小窗口，点开窗口，里面出现一名美女挑逗的不雅视频。15秒后，窗口自动关闭，弹出需注册会员方可进入的对话框。禁不住诱惑的王某按要求注册后，充值10元进入聊天室。
对话框内又出现一段类似视频，但仅仅20分钟后，聊天室又发出信息称，如需进一步欣赏可充值298元晋升为VIP会员，全年都能聊天；充值888元可以成为大富豪，与“主播”进行裸聊；充值1888元可享受上门服务。
王某当即进入充值通道，陆续汇出1100元。可聊天室承诺的服务项目一个都没兑现。多次交涉无果后，王某意识到被骗了，向靖江警方报了案。
杭州24岁的赵某也经历了类似的遭遇。去年2月26日，他一次性充了一千多元成为VIP，结果没得到任何特殊服务。赵某觉得上当了，提出要退款。网站“主播”称系统出了故障，让赵某再走一遍充值流程。赵某先后分6次又充了6600元。在“主播”不停蛊惑下，短短一个星期，赵某先后汇出9.8万余元。
抓捕：主要成员落网，身份让人吃惊
在接到群众举报后，去年3月5日，靖江警方首先将住在南京的史明抓获，进而锁定了裸聊视频网站的IP地址，远在吉林省延边市。3月7日，警方在延边一宾馆内抓获网站创办人高宇。
史明是南京某高校的一名在校生，而高宇则是一名下岗工人。高宇从朋友潘飞那学会了建裸聊视频网站诈骗的流程，2012年12月，网站正式上线。高宇又通过潘飞联系上了史明，史明利用自己的专业特长建了一个名为“金龙支付”的结算平台，与支付宝有交易通道。
这样，只要有客户上钩，充入的资金就会进入“金龙支付”平台的总账号内。史明从每笔进账内扣除一定费用作为自己的佣金，其余的都通过网银转账至高宇或潘飞的银行卡内。
揭秘：3个月骗了300多万，100多人上当
经查，涉案100余名被害人分布在全国各地。经核实的10余名被害人，汇款数额从几十元到十几万元不等，同一卡号汇款次数最多的竟有二三十次。
高宇交代，为吸引更多的网民，他每招聘一个“主播”，都会从网名的选用、吸引网民上钩的技巧等方面进行培训。而网民见到的不雅视频，都是“主播”从色情网站上下载的。整个诈骗过程完全依靠“主播”的挑逗，诱使男性网民不断充值。
另外，各个“岗位”之间彼此互不认识，完全利用QQ、支付宝等网络工具进行交流、结算。负责资金结算的史明远在南京，而负责策划的高宇、潘飞和各级“主播”、“技术”等分散在吉林省的各个城市。
检察官提醒广大网民，不要浏览色情淫秽网站，更不要轻易相信其中的付费项目以及所谓承诺，一旦发现被骗要立即报案。（文中人物系化名）
