昆山工商部门瞿先生表示,如果网店是经过工商注册登记的,工商部门就有了明确的执法权限,消费者的举报、投诉更有力度,通过对店主信息的查询,直接联系到店主;其次,工商登记时留下的商家档案,也给工商查处、消费者起诉甚至警方介入侦查,带来很大便利性。网店如果普遍经过工商注册登记,将会降低网店销售假冒伪劣产品的比例,提升电子商务行业的诚信度。
