据人社部劳动监察局相关负责人介绍，本次督查的主要内容是：开展农民工工资支付专项执法检查工作的进展情况，地方政府及其有关部门落实属地监管责任的情况，行政司法联动打击拒不支付劳动报酬违法犯罪行为的情况。
通过督查，督促各地认真落实国务院相关部委的统一部署，进一步采取切实有力措施，依法保证农民工及时足额拿到应得工资报酬。
现状
欠薪案仍高发向中小企业蔓延
昨日，人社部劳动监察局局长闫宝卿说，拖欠工资案件仍主要发生在工程建设领域。同时，劳动密集型加工制造、餐饮服务等行业的企业特别是中小企业拖欠工资问题明显增多。
