同一时段，记者用手机客户端购票，查询时也显示硬卧有票，但在预订环节，也多次尝试均无法登录。
此外，记者昨天体验发现，上午10点多过后12306网站持续无法登录，输完用户名、密码、验证码后，官网就提示“网络可能存在问题，请您重试一下！”
回应：网站确实故障 电话投诉激增
昨天上午，不仅是12306官网、手机客户端无法正常使用，连12306客服电话也打不通。
