  北京晨报记者在现场看到,房屋外侧的台阶铺着红地毯,商铺已贴上“开业大吉”的字幅。原本空荡荡的屋顶,如今已挂起各式各样的招牌,百平方米的彩钢房内,上周还是四白落地的简单装修,如今塞得满满当当,有一排出售臭豆腐、馅饼、烤串等简易食品的窗口,也有内设座椅、空调恒温的快餐店。其中租房面积最大的租户杨先生称,自家快餐店按计划在1月2日开张,记者上周就曾告诉他该建筑物为违建,但杨先生并不愿相信,“我只是一个租户,我把钱交给房东,他把屋子租给我用,签了3年合同”。但他承认,“当时双方只签了简单的租赁协议,并未看到房东有房产证之类的东西”。


  而北京晨报记者根据唯一一间空余房间上贴的招租电话,联系上房东王先生,他表示,“想租房的人很多,11平方米,每月2.4万元,目前仅剩这间了,你可快下手。”但当北京晨报记者询问其房屋是否手续齐全时,上周还自称手续齐全的房东却一直回避这个问题。随后,当北京晨报记者告知其朝阳区规划委员会与城管队员已经对其所招租的房屋定性为违建时,“那你就把他俩都叫过来,咱几方坐在一起聊聊这事谁对谁错!”房东不耐烦地说,最后暴粗口挂掉电话。
